For whatever reason, should you need to switch focus within the first 14 days of a search commencing,  we will allow you to transfer any deposit already paid to the new project free of charge.

 

This helps our clients to remain within their existing hiring budgets, reduce any commercial downtime and give them the confidence to move quickly when opportunities present themselves.

Most recruiters operate on a % of salary basis.  The reason for this is that should the candidate negotiate a better deal, the recruiter can also charge an additional fee to the employer.
